Synopsis
Scott is upset to learn that Mitchell hasn't told Walter about their wedding, but is comforted by Goldie. Walter is furious to learn of the wedding from Toby. Sienna tries to take Brody's mind off Buster.Plot
Scott and Mitchell practice their dance. Diane overhears Scott reminding Mitchell that the wedding is tomorrow. Celeste and Toby return home to find Martine and Felix kissing. Brody is annoyed when he discovers that Buster has refused his visit. Verity also learns of the wedding. Mitchell promises to tell Walter. Martine worries about what Toby and Celeste have seen. She wants him to talk to Lisa. Grace is annoyed to learn that Lisa has messed up the order for The Loft and has ended up ordering 200 bottles of "Raspberry Roarer". Lisa admits that she has feelings for Felix and Grace encourages Lisa to stand up for herself. Grace encourages Lisa to invite him to the wedding. Lisa gets a text from Felix.Mitchell informs Celeste and Toby about the wedding, and he wants Toby to be his best man, and Celeste as maid of honour. They both agree to Mitchell's excitement. Mitchell bumps into Walter, but panics and tells him about the charity event instead of the wedding. Scott has a hen do in The Dog in the Pond. Brody vents to Sienna. Sienna concludes that Brody needs a distraction. The hens play "bra pong". Verity misses the bra, and has to eat a spoonful of hot pepper sauce. Verity drinks out of the bottle instead. Scott is disappointed to learn that Walter thinks that they are holding a charity event. Cher covers when Walter sees the party. Scott gets upset and decides to cancel the wedding.
Lisa confronts Felix, and drops her clothes before kissing him. Liberty has decided to redecorate... and plaster everything in biodegradable bubble wrap. Brody admits that Sienna was right about child-proofing the flat, to take his mind off Buster. Toby accuses Celeste of softening towards the Deverauxes. She, unconvincingly, tries to change Toby's mind. Toby takes an interest when Mitchell says that Walter would never speak to him again if he learned about the wedding from someone else.
Mercedes comforts Scott, and convinces him that he has listen to Mitchell's explanation. He reminds Scott that coming out is a whole new thing to Mitchell. Scott vows to tell Walter about the wedding himself. Goldie tries to comfort an upset Scott, and manages to change his mind. Scott decides to go with Mitchell's plan. Felix lies to Martine that he broke up with Lisa. He says that he kept Martine out of it. They kiss. Toby 'accidentally' tells Walter about Mitchell and Scott's wedding. Walter is furious - he is determined to stop the wedding.

General
- As a result of the coronavirus pandemic resulting in a cessation of filming on all dramas on 18th March 2020, this episode marked the first time since 8th July 1996 that Hollyoaks took a hiatus, returning on 7th September 2020.
- Instead of an post-credits scene, a trailer for the return of Hollyoaks was played. The end card with the Lime Pictures and Channel 4 logos also featured the Hollyoaks logo, with "We'll be back soon!" written underneath.
- The invitation for Scott Drinkwell and Mitchell Deverauxs' wedding reflects the intended transmission date, 16th May, despite this episode being transmitted on 21st July 2020. These scenes were filmed prior to the halting of production in March 2020 and could not have been re-filmed.
