Synopsis
Kyle has an accident in the van after driving whilst high and with Oscar in his care. Yazz and Tom convince Misbah to take the job in Surrey, whilst Sylver is forced to reveal his surprise to Mercedes.Plot
Peri and Jordan kiss, Peri points out that the house is empty. Mercedes and Sylver kiss. Mercedes shows him holiday deals, but he closes the computer and walks away. Yazz confronts Tom, she blames him for supposedly ruining Misbah's life. Kyle tells Charlie that he hasn't said anything about the drugs, but warns him to stay away from Jordan. Charlie notices how put out Kyle feels when Nancy gets Darren to look after Charlie and Oscar. Kyle texts Jordan, wanting to buy from him. Yazz continues to go at Tom, blaming him for making Misbah change her mind, so Tom decides to speak to her.
Sylver makes excuses not to go to Magaluf. Mercedes is suspicious of Sylver. Diane worries about Tony struggling to sleep. Charlie tells Darren that he feels that nobody gives Kyle a chance, he tells Darren that he can see that Kyle is putting on an act. Peri is annoyed when an ill Leah returns home just as Peri is about to take Jordan upstairs. He promises to take her out into town later. Darren has decided to let Kyle look after Oscar for the day to try cheer him up. He encourages Kyle that he is up to the job. Kyle gets a call from Jordan and wonders whether to accept. Goldie and Mercedes wonder why Sylver desperately does not want a holiday. Mercedes is suspicious when Sylver calls Joel. He says that they're organising a game of golf.
Jordan is unamused to see Oscar with Kyle, and advises him not to take drugs with Kyle with him. Kyle ignores him and Jordan wonders whether he should give Kyle the drugs. Tom gifts Misbah a hamper and tries to tell her that she doesn't need to worry about him and Yazz. Yazz is embarrassed as Tom tries to get Misbah to tell him why she doesn't want to leave. She says that she isn't ready to give up being a mother. Jordan warns Kyle that the drugs are strong. Darren visits Nancy and tells her how he decided that Kyle should look after Oscar today. He convinces Nancy not to give up on Kyle yet, and she is left thinking by his words.
Mercedes tells Sylver that she is getting on a plane for Alicante tonight. Sylver tries to change her mind, just as Joel walks out. Sylver is forced to tell the truth - he is planning a surprise vow renewal. Tom assures Misbah that she will never stop being Imran and Yazz's mum, but Misbah worries that something major might happen. Tom and Yazz convince Misbah that she needs to take the job. Jordan suggests booking into a hotel. Kyle gets high, and accepts a call from Nancy. She thinks that she was unfair on him and thinks they should go out to dinner so they can talk. He gets in the van and drives off.
Jordan and Peri prepare to leave to head into town. Kyle gets distracted by Oscar's game and swerves to avoid crashing into the bazaar. He crashes into the side of Jordan's car, causing the side window to smash and shower Peri and Jordan with glass. Jordan is unable to move so Peri calls an ambulance. Smoke pours from Kyle's van as he gets out and struggles to take in what has just happened.Cast
