Synopsis[edit | edit source]

Walter's family lunch turns out to be disastrous when his beliefs get the better of him, causing Mitchell to reject Walter entirely. However, he is shocked to open the door to Felix, as is everyone else. Liberty accidentally reveals her feelings to Brody, but just as he admits to feeling the same about her, Sienna walks in. Sylver reconciles with Mercedes, and Grace is left smitten with Felix.

Plot[edit | edit source]

Liberty, holding a rose, approaches Brody, who is washing The Love Boat. She sees that he's with Damon and changes her mind. Mercedes enjoys sitting with Bobby, who points out that he knows Mercedes misses Sylver. Scott and Diane dance to "Macarena", and Mitchell joins in. There is a knock at the door - it's Walter. Mitchell doesn't want to talk to Walter. He stops when Walter admits to missing Mitchell. He wants to make amends, and invites Mitchell and Scott to lunch with the family. Scott is equally surprised, and accepts on Mitchell's behalf.

Maxine is annoyed with Liberty backing out and tries to change her mind. Liberty thinks that Brody will always love Sienna, and Maxine tells Liberty that she needs to get a grip. Mercedes tells Warren that she wants to live a quiet, normal life now. Warren tries to convince her to call Sylver. He recruits Goldie to help him, but Mercedes is adamant on not calling Sylver. Grace is cheerful, and Courtney thinks that she is masking her grief. She is shocked by Grace's insensitivity about telling Iona about Liam's death, as Grace wonders where Breda was when she was needed. She goes to bin Liam's belongings.

Liberty tries writing a song for Brody. Brody overhears part of the song. He wants to hear the full song, and she refuses to practice on him. He gets excited when she says that she's writing the song for "you- Euro- Eurovision". He compliments Liberty. Martine and Lisa are delighted when Mitchell and Scott show up. Mitchell is confused when Walter reveals that the dish is vegan. Celeste and Toby arrive at the flat. Walter wants this to be a chance to bond with all of his grandchildren.

Goldie tries to convince Sylver to speak to Mercedes. Brody has put a sign up for Liberty's concert on The Love Boat. Liberty is impressed to learn that Brody has designed a mocktail named "Statue of Liberty". Maxine is optimistic about the event, and advises Liberty to make the song more sutble. Celeste is interested in hearing more about Felix. Celeste and Toby enjoy winding Walter up about Scott and Mitchell. Walter makes his discomfort clear and Mitchell subtly confronts him over it. Lisa tries but fails to stop an argument from ensuing. Mitchell is furious, and decides to get the rest of his belongings. Toby and Celeste are pleased by what they have caused.

Liberty performs her song in The Love Boat. However, she accidentally sings "I need some Brody to love", and races off. Damon urges Brody to go after her. Grace is walking down the street when a car pulls up beside her, causing a splash in a puddle which gets Grace's boots wet. However, she is left smitten by the man who steps out. He apologises and offers her £50, to which she tells him to add another 0 to the 50. He offers to buy her a drink as an apology. Goldie surprises Mercedes with Sylver, who is dressed in his wedding suit. Sylver asks Mercedes to stay married to her and she agrees, everyone applauds.

Grace vents to the man, who comforts her. She is enjoying his company. Diane also thinks the man is attractive. He compliments the restaurant as he pays the bill. Upon being asked, he refuses to tell her his occupation. She wants to see him again but he says that it depends "on quite a bit", before leaving. A taxi pulls up and out steps a woman. She puts a pram on the floor and some bags. The man offers to help her - it's Sienna. She is scared and rejects his help. She is unaware that she has dropped Sophie's beaker.

Martine furiously tells Walter to apologise. Lisa also explodes at him. Liberty is stressed. Walter apologises to Mitchell. Sienna arrives at the flat, the man behind her. He says that he isn't following her as he goes to the flat next door. Walter tells Mitchell that in the house, he needs to tone it down. Scott is angry and Mitchell explodes at him. Liberty tells Brody that she has never had anyone in her life who is as perfect and gorgeous as him. She tells him of her feelings for him. He admits that he has feelings for her too. Mitchell cannot believe Walter's behaviour. As he walks out, he finds the man in the doorway, he is looking for Martine. Martine is shocked when the man walks in - he is Felix Westwood. Felix is shocked to see the triplets. Brody admits that he wanted to wait first, to see how they would raise the baby together. He wonders why he should wait anymore, just as Sienna walks in, telling them to not let her interrupt anything. They are shocked.
