Synopsis

Darren struggles when he's left alone in the flat. Juliet is desperate to keep her drug dealing secret from her family. Edward tells Diane that he is going to reveal their affair to Tony.

Plot

Juliet worries about what to do about Jordan. Edward finds a card of the order of service for his marriage to Charlotte on 17th March 2001. Edward goes to take a cup of tea, but Diane tells her it's for Tony. Mandy tells Darren that today, the old Darren is back. Juliet worries over Jordan's words. Sid doesn't know what to do. Marnie walks in and tells Juliet that she's glad that Juliet was not involved in drugs. James is suspicious of Juliet. Mandy apologises for snapping at Darren. Darren struggles as Mandy reveals that she is taking DJ out herself, leaving Darren to build the chair himself. Darren calls Luke to ask for his help.

Imran takes photos of Ollie wearing a bin bag. Ollie is initially unamused at being a model, but ends up taking the assignment as a joke as Imran tries to get Ollie to pose with Tom using a piece of cardboard as a wind machine. Diane is pleased to find Tony has prepared a brunch for her. Edward watches as Tony and Diane dance. Edward answers the door to Verity. She reveals that it's Edward and Charlotte's wedding anniversary. Jordan arrives and Sid and Juliet try to change his mind. Jordan appears to allow Juliet to stop dealing, but goes over to Marnie and tells her something. Marnie drops a mug in shock, but reveals that Jordan told her that Juliet lied about a free period, instead having a major exam. Jordan threatens to tell Marnie everything next time.

Kyle bumps into Darren and tries out some of his jokes on Darren. Darren offers Kyle the option to help him and Luke prepare the night. Sid apologises to Juliet. Juliet says that she only has one option - she needs to tell the truth and beat Jordan to exposing her. Romeo overhears part of this. Nancy is unamused to learn that Darren has forgotten about having Charlie and Oscar with him. Romeo relays to James what he heard. Romeo thinks Sid is bad news. Juliet overhears James and Romeo talking about Juliet being involved in drugs. She overhears Romeo's worries about Juliet. James wants to have faith in Juliet.

Oscar complains about Darren being no fun anymore. Darren tries to apologise but Oscar walks off, with Charlie going after him. Imran presents his and Ollie's idea to Brooke and Courtney. Courtney and Brooke reveal Brooke's idea for the campaign, which Imran and Ollie like better. Juliet reveals to Sid that she changed her mind. Juliet recalls Romeo stealing Harry Potter books from primary to read to Juliet whilst Donna-Marie was out. She reveals that she wished that she could go to a magic school, away from drugs and "that world". Sid comforts her. Juliet says that she is going to do something she should have done "ages ago".

Verity tells Diane and Tony of her embarrassment over Edward arguing with the waiter. Diane feels uncomfortable as Edward subtly reveals his intentions to keep fighting for Diane. Verity reveals that she bought sweets for the kids, and Tony takes her upstairs to see them. Edward tells Diane that he is in love with her. Diane is angry, she is with Tony. Edward threatens to reveal the truth about them being together.

Juliet angrily gives Jordan his money. Juliet reveals that she was going to tell her family but changed her mind, she will deal whatever he wants to whoever for a fair cut. Nobody believes that she will amount to anything, but when she has the money and respect, she will be looking down her noses at them. Sid also agrees to help Jordan for Juliet. Juliet is slightly uncomfortable as she acknowledges that there is no going back. Mandy returns home to find the chair unfinished and Darren asleep. He is woken by the bedroom door closing, but lays on the sofa and gets upset.
