Synopsis
James sinks to further depths when Marnie doubts his innocence. Maxine learns that she is now bankrupt. Mandy worries about Ollie regarding the baby.Plot
James takes his escorts back to the flat. Tony wakes up angry about yesterday's events. Ollie and Imran shop at Price Slice before going on the school trip. Sienna is cold towards Maxine. Marnie and Romeo are shocked to see the state of James. Brooke is disappointed that she can't ride on the rides. James tries to apologise to Diane. Breda tries to comfort James and Diane. Mandy and Imran tell Ollie that he needs a plan for when the baby is born.
James demands to know from D.S. Garston what the police are doing. D.S. Garston reveals that James is the prime suspect, and James is arrested for Harry's murder. Cleo defends Maxine to Goldie. She compares her bullimia to Maxine's Munchausen's syndrome. D.S. Garston asks if James was abusive towards Harry, and why he drugged Harry and tracked his phone. James protests his innocence. Mandy worries about Ollie to Diane. James has been bailed. Everyone is shocked to see James arrive in a police car. He suspects Breda and Goldie of informing the police of his behaviour. Breda enjoys winding up James, and he, Marnie, Breda and Goldie bicker. James is upset when he realises that Marnie doesn't believe that he is innocent.
Maxine's accountant informs Maxine that she is now bankrupt, as her business and car are repossessed. Nancy is shocked to learn that Brooke has missed her ten-week scan. Breda has gotten a family photo for Tony. She reveals that James is in the frame for Harry's murder. Marnie notices James standing on the edge of the top of the Archway. James has flashbacks to parts of his relationship with Harry.
Marnie tries to talk James down, bringing up when Alfie almost jumped from the Archway. Juliet and Romeo are also shocked to see James. James steps closer to the archway. Marnie and Juliet scream and a bottle crashes to the ground. Marnie and Romeo hold a shocked James, who has fallen backwards instead of forwards. Diane and Tony have dinner alone, both too upset to eat.Cast
