Ben takes her in a taxi. Lewis informs Ruth of Taylor's attack. He says that he was "jumped". Lorraine leaves a message for someone. Ruth questions Taylor, but tries to evade her questions. She refuses to leave him, and demands that he calls the police in the morning. Mandy tries to comfort Luke. Ben comforts Cindy. Mr. C explodes at Cindy, who bursts into tears and runs off. Finn comes up with a plan to pay Lorraine back. Kate rushes over to see Taylor. Taylor tells Kate that The Loft security guards attacked him. Kate answers the door, Lorraine has sent Taylor a bouquet of flowers. Mr. Wilson winds up Kenny, causing him to make more mistakes. Lorraine reveals that she is charging £500 interest on top of the £4,000. Adam tries to comfort Luke, he thinks the jury will see through Kenny and Mark. Cindy worries as the police want to talk to her - the toxicology report has shown traces of ecstasy in Holly's system. Mr. C is furious. Luke worries to Mr. Wilson that Mark will be found not guilty, to which Mr. Wilson provides little reassurance. Alex still fails to find a venue. Mr. Wilson makes his closing statement. He points out that Luke, who had everything and no history of depression, was driven to attempt suicide. He says that rape was the cause for Luke's attempt.

He says that there is no evidence, and thinks that Luke is confused over his sexuality and was confused over Mark. Mandy arrives to support Luke. Kate confronts Finn and Lewis. He reluctantly allows Alex to hold the party at the swimming pool. The nurse has told Mr C. that they think Holly has had an allergic reaction to the medication. Cindy gets stressed and Mr C. tries to comfort her. Jack informs Ruth that he is withdrawing his licence. Kate tells Ruth that the guards were behind Taylor's attack. Geri is mortified when Jacqui is adamant on attending the party.

The jury have been unable to reach a unanimous verdict, so the judge has decided for a majority verdict instead. Izzy is borrowing Lewis's smoke machine. Ruth finds Lewis's bag of jewellery and other expensive goods. The jury have reached a decision. Mandy convinces Luke to stay for the verdict. Holly regains consciousness, she is nearly back to normal. The clerk of court asks if the jury have found Mark guilty or not guilty, they have found him guilty. Both Luke and Mark are stunned. The jury find Steven guilty, as well as Kenny. Kenny shouts that he didn't do anything, it was Mark and Steven. Adam is thrilled with the verdict. The judge speaks of his disgust over the crime. He sentences Mark to eight years imprisonment. He says that he is satisfied that Steven and Kenny's involvement was a result of Mark's 'dominating influence', and sentences them to three and a half years imprisonment, as well as a concurrent sentence of six months for actual bodily harm. Mark threatens Luke as he is dragged out of the courtroom.
Luke is still in shock over the verdict. A man wants to speak with Luke. Alex and Matt collect the tickets as the party-goers enter. Jacqui, Geri, Anna and Izzy initiate their plan. Alex and Matt convince Max to take his shorts off, and a woman immediately asks if he would like to get in the pool with her. Jacqui makes her presence known to Alex and Matt, and drops her coat right in front of them. Ruth confronts Lewis over the jewellery. He reveals that he is in debt to Lorraine.
Matt is shocked to learn of the webcam. Ruth and Lewis have a loud argument and she causes a scene. He shoves her, she punches him and he grabs her by the collar of her shirt to everyone's horror. She runs off. Jacqui quickly steals Alex's clothes. Geri sets off the fire alarm and Izzy turns on the smoke machine. Everyone panics when they see smoke coming through the door. Alex, Matt and Max are horrified to find their clothes missing. Max and Matt manage to get a bucket, but Alex is forced to evacuate uncovered. The Morgans worry about Luke.
