Synopsis
Ste and Tony lock horns. Louis desperately tries to cover Joanne's tracks. Darren makes a decision about his relationship with Grace after Nancy's bombshell. Trevor pleads with Simone to help him prove his innocence. Mercedes decides to tell Joe the truth about Gabriel. Lindsey's jealousy grows over Joe and Mercedes and resorts to desperate measures.Plot
Lindsey drags Kim out of the church after she says Lindsey is the reason Freddie's dead. Lindsey tries to convince Kim not to say anything. Harry shouts at Ste, explaining the guy he was meeting was from California State University to talk about a soccer scholarship. Louis orders Joanne to get dressed and get out. Kim tries to call the police, but Lindsey manipulates her, telling her that her and Joe can save her. Ste tries to talk to Harry, but Tony and Dirk intervene. Darren is shocked by Nancy's revelation about her feelings for him, but insists that he's with Grace. Nancy tries to explain to Darren that him and Grace are too different. Louis hides Joanne when Zack returns unexpectedly, but manages to get him to leave. Louis promises to get Joanne more money. Simone visits Trevor and insists she can't make any promises, but Trevor pleads with her to at least look at his case file. Joe questions Kim about what she said, but she lies that Freddie would still be alive if Lindsey didn't push him away. Lindsey panics when Celine informs her that Doctor Barnaby will be looking over Kim's medical files. Grace visits Darren at the garage to apologise, but Darren breaks up with her. Mercedes looks gets emotional looking through Gabriel's memory box. Ste contacts his drug dealer. Nancy bumps into Grace in Price Slice and is secretly smug when she hears that Darren broke up with Grace, then she receives a text from Darren asking to meet. Louis deposits money for Joanne and narrowly avoids being seen by Simone.
The Roscoe's head to The Dog in the Pond for Freddie's wake. Mercedes arrives and apologises to Joe for missing the funeral. Joe is unsure if them getting back together was a good idea, but Mercedes asks him to let her explain. Tony lashes out when he notices Ste is back on drugs, before Ste breaks down and begs Tony to help him. Mercedes tells Joe about receiving Gabriel's post-mortem report, and is about to tell Joe that he was Gabriel's dad, but decides not to when Joe explains that he can't deal with anymore grief. Mercedes begs Joe not to give up on her. Louis receives a text from Joanne when Simone opens up about being out-of-date in knowledge for Trevor's case. Tony promises to help Ste get better. Nancy is secretly upset when Darren explains to her that he's not ready for a proper relationship after everything that's happened recently. Joe explains to Lindsey that her and Kim need to move out so he can move forward with Mercedes. Lindsey tries to make Joe see that they're meant to be together, but Joe says that any recent feelings between them were due to them grieving for Freddie and that his future is with Mercedes. Lindsey is left angry. Louis gives the money to Joanne, but is seen by Celine. Kim is worried that Lindsey might do something stupid, but Lindsey convinces her that she won't. As Joe and Mercedes console each other, Lindsey looks through her medical bag and finds her medical gloves, syringe and vial of potassium chloride.Cast
