Synopsis[]
An accident results in Finn covering a lie that could face him losing Carol for good. Nikki makes a choice between Dan and Sam. Anna and Alex are bonded when Geri takes a joke too far, whilst Adam attempts to make Christine tell the truth.
Plot[]
Geri leaves Valentine's cards for Alex and Anna. Ruth admires Lewis's roses. Carol is disappointed that Finn has forgotten. Paul asks Nikki to tell Gina that Sol is staying with him. Alex storms off after being mortified by Geri's card and Anna snaps at them for continuing to joke about his virginity. Ed wants Adam to use the magazine as a platform to announce his innocence, Adam thinks they're planning on using him. Alex receives a virtual card from Sorcha. Sam apologises to Alex. Alex tells Sam that he needs to tell Nikki how he feels.
Adam confronts Christine, she is unapologetic for her actions. Ruth walks in on them and Adam is forced to leave. Andy refuses to sell Lewis and Finn the yard, until they agree on £1500. Geri and Adam bicker outside of the college. Adam wants Geri to help him, but Geri says that he got himself into the mess and can get himself back out. Finn is horrified when Lewis reminds him of Valentine's Day. Lewis's idea of a double date gives him an idea. Dan rents some lights from Finn. Ed begins harassing Geri over Christine's allegations. Adam informs Andy of Christine's allegations. Dan sets up the lights at the entrance of the halls.
Sam attempts to tell Nikki that he still has feelings for her. She is uncomfortable and doesn't know what to say. As Carol and Finn leave, Finn fails to close the door properly and Meryl sneaks out. Finn reverses the van and hits Meryl, he has horrified to realise that she is dead! Geri, Anna and Nikki are in a bad mood as they sit in Deva. Geri, Anna and Nikki find the lights over the halls spelling Nikki's name. She spots Dan hiding behind a wall. Finn gets uncomfortable as Carol speaks of Meryl. Dan uses the hit-and-run as a reason as to why he should be with Nikki. They kiss. Finn secretly buries Meryl unbeknowingst to Carol.
