Synopsis
Lucy grows irritated over Tony's travelling fears. Gina struggles with her sexuality. Mandy feels ignored by her mother, whilst Adam forces Sue to tell Andy the truth about William.Plot
Mandy feels neglected as her family obsesses over baby Tom. Ruth feels optimistic about Gina, Gina doesn't think that she will win. Mandy wants to take Helen for the day, so Cindy offers to take Tom out. Paul tries to push Sol to support Gina. Sol refuses and Paul accuses him of being selfish. Mandy makes her dislike for Tom clear to an oblivious Cindy. Mandy gets annoyed when Helen refuses to talk with her in favour of dealing with a noisy Tom. Lucy thinks that Tony will calm down after they leave for the holiday. Ruth agrees to visit Kurt's grave with Lucy. Darren continues to wind up Gina, when Sol jumps to her defence. When Paul turns up, Darren quickly leaves. Adam gets uncomfortable over the script. Geri uses the opportunity to flirt with Adam. Ruth realises that it has nearly been a year since she split with Kurt. She and Lucy talk to the headstone.
Geri remains annoyed with Adam's behaviour. Ruth announces the vote total: Gina receives 300 votes, whilst Darren's friend Steve Simpson receives 2,500 votes. Darren makes a speech on Steve's behalf and Gina storms off. Adam returns home to find Sue making out with William. Helen feels uncomfortable about leaving Tom and asks to postpone, to Mandy's secret annoyance. Sue arrives at Deva and lies to Andy about why she is late. Gina angrily tears down her posters. She explodes at Sol and Paul. Gina gets upset when Sol reveals that he has got his head around her being gay, and hugs him. Mandy feels that she is in the way at home. Helen is confused as to why Mandy is so angry when Helen tells her to clean up her mess. Cindy tells Helen that Mandy feels ignored.
Lucy is furious to find a suitcase full of medical supplies and Tony shows her a list of countries he thinks they should avoid. Her anger hits peak when she finds his knives. She asks him to leave so she can pack in peace. Helen tries to comfort Mandy, and agrees to spend more time with her. Tony is pleased when Andy offers to let Tony take his final shift off. Sue asks Adam what the issue with him is. She realises that he spotted her with William. Andy walks in on Sue and Adam's argument. Adam forces Sue to tell Andy that she is dating someone else. Andy is upset that Adam knew but said nothing.Cast
