Synopsis
Plot
Having shocked Carol by entering the flat whilst she was taking a bath, Rob begins to explain his actions. He tells her that he wants the £10,000 back that she stole from him. She seems not to understand so Rob calmly reminds her that during that fateful trip to France last year (when he was left for dead by Kurt) he had left the money in the glove compartment of the Ford Transit. Furthermore, he says that he knows that Jude has not got it, and so Carol must have.
After Carol makes a statement at the police station the next day, the boys in blue call round to see Beth. She denies having seen Rob in weeks, but Zara is less easy to convince. She follows Beth down to the river where she meets Rob, but whilst the two are kissing Rob spots Zara. Having offloaded Beth for a moment he confronts Zara. Only minutes pass before his forced sympathy for Zara's school and family problems begins to work its magic. Rob tells Zara that as a show of trust he will tell her a secret, if she will return the favour by not mentioning his relationship with Beth to her parents. She tentatively agrees, but is shocked when he tells her that he thought that Kerri was her mum - after all, he had seen Kerri and Mr. Morgan kissing in Deva when he first returned to Hollyoaks!
When Ruth and Lewis return to the flat, Kate and Joe are battered, bruised and appear flustered. Ruth hints that they might have interrupted something 'intimate'. Kate is lost for words, but Ruth is not finished. When she finds that her wedding ring and some love letters have gone missing, Ruth immediately points the finger at Kate. As the accusations begin to fly, Ruth says that the reason Kate is so tired must be because she has been having sex with Joe for the past few days.Cast
