Episode 350 is an episode of Hollyoaks which aired on Monday 20th September 1999.

Synopsis

The quartet are shocked to discover how well Rob has covered his tracks - they have no evidence! Max is horrified to learn that Cindy has taken Holly and left with Sean, he points out that Sean might blame Holly and take his anger out on her. Carol is upset to discover that someone has printed a page from her diary and stuck it on the phonebox, and people are laughing at it.

Plot

Tony and Lewis manage to push the grate down and the quartet continue down the pipe. Carol arrives at the weir. Tony, Lewis and Ruth manage to re-surface and they reach land, but there is no sign of Lucy. Ruth spots her face down in the water and Tony swims against the current to get to her. Sean, Cindy and Holly arrive at the caravan park. Ruth tries to resuscitate Lucy with mouth-to-mouth. Carol notices them and rushes over. Tony pushes her aside and tries himself. Lewis tries to convince Tony to stop, but Tony shoves Lewis off him. Mr. C is shocked to learn of the accusations against Sean from Angela. Lucy regains consciousness. Lucy worries about where Rob is. Sean does not share Cindy's optimism regarding the caravan. Tony checks the answering machine to find a voicemail from Rob. Tony tries to re-wind the message, but accidentally erases it. Lucy storms off and Carol goes after her. She opens up to Carol. She tells Carol how Rob knew everything that had happened over the past year.

Ruth prepares to tell Jack about Kurt. She blames herself for not believing Kurt about Rob. Ruth answers the door to Joe. Kate informs Ruth that Jack is remaining in the United States for a few more days. Kate offers to be a friend for Ruth. She tells Ruth about how people reacted when her step-father died. Ruth appreciates Kate's concern. Finn is confused by Carol and Lewis's behaviour. She prepares to tell him about Rob. Cindy worries that Angela may have called social services or the police. Tony reminds Lucy of what he said to her in the tank. He says that Kurt would want to know that there was someone Lucy could rely on. Lucy is adamant on going to the police. Cindy calls Mr. C, refusing to tell him where she is. Mr. C panics as he has no shop manager. Sean is annoyed that Cindy has called Mr. C.

Carol searches Finn's bus for her diary. Kate enjoys winding her up and they bicker to Finn's amusement. Lucy gets a call, the police want to meet with them at the facility. Angela tells Mr. C about Cindy's disappearance, but he already knows. They argue. Cindy and Sean are optimistic about their new life. Angela is worried for Cindy and Holly's welfare, Max has seen Sean's true side. Angela's words leave Mr. C thinking. The group meet with the police at the nautical test centre. They discover that there is no record of a Rob Hawthorn working at the facility. Tony remembers the CCTV. Carol is upset to find a page from her diary placed on the phonebox, and people laughing at it. Mr. C confronts Max over Sean. He tells him about everything that's happened. Max is horrified to learn that Sean and Cindy have left with Holly. Max worries that if Sean thinks that he has been kicked out because of Holly, he is going to take his anger out on Holly. Tony discovers that the CCTV has been wiped.
