Synopsis
Joel's released from prison and Theresa's excited to see him again. Jacqui cries at Rhys's graveside before making a shocking discovery. Liberty tries to help Dodger, Dirk and Will see sense.Plot
Jacqui packs up Rhys's belongings to take to the charity shop. Having been released from prison, Joel stands outside 26 Leigh Road with a bunch of flowers, although he walks off instead of heading inside. Tony suggests a honeymoon to Cindy but she's reluctant to go and breaks down. Dodger tells Dirk he's going to attend a carol concert at Patrick's school. Joel visits Cheryl at Chez Chez. Theresa wants Jacqui's bedroom so that Joel can move in, but Myra's against the idea. Will digs at Dodger over his decision to see Patrick, resulting in Dirk walking out.
Jacqui asks Tony if he'd take her back but he thinks she can't know what she wants having just lost Rhys. Liberty can't take much more of her family's fighting and insists everyone heads back inside the boathouse so they can resolve their troubles. Tony reassures Jacqui that, one day, she'll find someone who won't let her go. Dodger insists he doesn't want to hurt Dirk but he wants to know where he came from. Dirk promises Anna never told him about Sienna. With Joel not answering his phone, Theresa sets off to find him. Jacqui visits Rhys's grave and pours her heart out.
Theresa finds Joel working at the club and they end up back in one another's arms. Liberty invites Patrick and Sienna over for dinner, wanting the family to get to know them better. Joel doesn't want to move in with Theresa because her family's a bunch of criminals and he's on licence. When he finds out that Brendan's moved back to Ireland, Joel asks Cheryl if he can move back in with her, to which she delightfully agrees to take him back on. Whilst in the hot tub at the gym, Sinead takes a funny turn. Jacqui bursts into the gym whilst Cindy and Tony are looking after her and accuses Cindy of sleeping with Rhys, but thinking she's talking to her, Sinead confesses to sleeping with him instead.Cast
