Synopsis
It's a race against time for Martha as Ally and Lacey prepare to have sex. Doug reminds Ste what happened at the wedding before the minibus crashed through the venue. Texas finds herself with Will for company at flat.Plot
Ally and Lacey kiss passionately in Lacey's bedroom. Doug admits to Ste that they fell out on the day of the wedding as he tried to set Brendan up. He asks Ste if he still wants to be with him. Texas lets Dodger take her for a drink at the SU Bar to explain himself. Martha and Phoebe break into 65 Christleton Terrace. Martha races upstairs and attacks Ally. Ash and Callum return home and discover what's happened. Lacey launches a vitriolic attack on Phoebe as she insists that Ally loves her. Martha leaves her youngest daughter speechless by revealing the real Ally Gorman is dead.
Ally delivers a flimsy excuse to Ash over him and Lacey. Texas bails on Dodger when Will intervenes, so Dodger tells Will outright that the woman he was with is his twin sister. A fight ensues between the pair soon after. Brendan disturbs Doug and Ste to inform them that he's selling 28b Fern Street to a new landlord and will be leaving the village. Ally tries to use his time in the army as a sob story, but Ash isn't having any of it. She's sickened when she realises that he's not actually Ally Gorman and questions him over his past stories. Ally reveals himself to be Edward James but Ash doesn't care and knees him in the groin.
Barney takes Carmel out for their meal, but Carmel's not keen on the posh menu, so they settle on a burger instead. Will visits Texas and she realises that Dodger inflicted the injury on his face. She invites Will in for a drink. Edward packs his bags but before he can leave, the police arrive and he's arrested for identity fraud. Nana chastises Barney when she finds him wining and dining Carmel at the Dog, and when she asks Carmel why they didn't go to a posh restaurant, Carmel says it's because Barney wanted a burger. Lacey tells Martha she hates her and will never forgive her. Will and Texas end up sharing a kiss.Cast
