Synopsis
Ste is horrified to overhear Doug and Shawnee's plan to take down Brendan. Rhys is forced to make a decision after Tony's ultimatum. Maddie threatens Esther over the kiss.Plot
Annalise sets up the wedding venue. Ruby assures Esther that no one can stop her and Jono marrying. Doug acts strangely around Ste. Myra walks in on Rhys with a packed bag; she gives him money to flee the country following the weddings, discovering afterwards that Tony knows of the affair. Frankie learns of Jono and Ruby's wedding thanks to Esther and grounds Ruby. Ste stalks Doug. Esther admits to the sixth formers she told Frankie the truth about the wedding. When Maddie's left alone with Esther, she tells her to die. Tilly witnesses the exchange from afar.
Ste disturbs Doug's meeting with Shawnee and figures out that Doug is trying to bring Brendan down. Doug admits to Ste he just wants Brendan out of their lives but Ste is hurt by Doug's actions and isn't sure they should even be marrying. Jono distracts Jack and Frankie so that the sixth formers can sneak Ruby out of her bedroom window with a ladder. Their wedding's back on! Brendan finds a downbeat Ste but can't bring himself to tell his ex how he feels. Rhys tells Cindy he's leaving and if she weds Tony, they're dead to one another.
A furious Doug hurls abuse at Brendan in Chez Chez. Myra arranges a meeting with Tony. Brendan pins Doug to a wall and smashes his phone up when he realises he's recording him. He confesses to Doug that he killed Danny Houston to protect Ste. Once Brendan's gone, Doug pulls a second phone out from his sock, which has Brendan's confession recorded on it. Tony tells Myra that Cindy's world is going to come crashing down around her and she won't even see it coming. Frankie realises that Ruby's gone when she goes to check in on her in her bedroom.Cast
