Synopsis
Dirk inadvertently pushes Dodger's desire to find his biological father. Martha struggles to remain sober on Lacey's 16th birthday. Jacqui is left suspicious of Myra, Theresa is left tempted by an offer, whilst Nancy questions Riley's affections.Plot
It's Lacey's 16th birthday and Martha's determined to go all out for her daughter. Ally takes champagne over to the Kanes house for celebrations. Dodger tells Texas she hurt him; Texas acknowledges they can't be together until Dodger sorts out his trust issues. Nancy tells Mercedes that Riley just feels sorry for her. Martha gifts Lacey tickets to Dubai. Ally proposes a toast to Lacey with champagne. Dodger hits the bottle when Dirk makes a comment to him about being a Savage.
Brendan uses Theresa to his advantage at Chez Chez. Mercedes can't help but question her and Riley following Nancy's comment. Ally inadvertently insults Martha over her age. Riley reassures Mercedes he'll never let anyone hurt her again. A vulnerable Martha pours herself champagne, which Ally witnesses. Riley falls out with Darren and Nancy. Dirk finds the family's baby album and shows it to Dodger; there's noticeably few photos of Dodger in the album. George decides he's going home for a few days to help him get over Ryan. Darren can't get through to Riley by phone, so Nancy takes it upon herself to restore the lads friendship.
Dodger questions Dirk over the lack of photos of him in the album and ends up throwing it in the pond, angering Dirk. Lacey finds a champagne flute in Martha's hand as Martha leaves the bathroom. Theresa serves Brendan's VIP customers alcohol. Mercedes prevents Nancy from talking to Riley and then fails to tell Riley that Nancy visited. Brendan's impressed with Theresa's service and offers her a job entertaining VIP customers. Nancy makes an off the cuff comment to Darren about Mercedes stabbing herself. She ends up convincing herself that's what Mercedes did. Martha begs her daughter to keep quiet about her moment of weakness. Lacey reluctantly abides by her mother's adjure.Cast
