Synopsis
It's exam results day for the sixth-form students. Mercedes is devastated to realise that Riley still loves Mitzeee. Ste regrets encouraging Doug and Leanne's sham marriage, Texas, Rob, Dodger and Annalise's dates go disastrously, whilst Brendan wants Cheryl to join him and Declan in Ireland.Plot
Texas asks Dodger about his date in front of Rob, ensuring she mentions Annalise by name. Brendan's determined to be a proper dad to Declan. Mercedes meets Riley but is put out when he wants her to babysit Bobby so he can visit Mitzeee. Doctor Browning can't get through to Mercedes' phone. Connie and Herb return to the United States. Mercedes arranges for Theresa to look after Bobby and visits Myra, irking Mitzeee.
Brendan plans to move back to Ireland with Declan and wants Cheryl to join him, but she wants to stay put. Mitzeee tells Riley about Shayne's request. Neil tells Tilly that he knows about her and Jen. Dodger and Annalise have a second date at the Dog, where Texas and Rob are as well. D.I. Small's staging a reconstruction of Lynsey's murder tomorrow and wants Mercedes to attend. Brendan has a change of heart and decides Declan will be staying put in the village with him and Cheryl. Declan overhears and runs off. Annalise and Rob slip away from the Dog together unnoticed whilst Dodger and Texas chat at the bar. Texas blames Dodger for Rob fleeing.
Ste can't help but feel annoyed over Doug and Leanne's sham engagement. Doctor Browning hires another prostitute. Brendan returns home to a note from Declan, who explains he's gone back to Ireland. Doctor Browning has second thoughts over the prostitute and just pays her off instead. Myra grows suspicious of Shayne when Shayne asks Mitzeee about Riley in front of her. Riley tells Mercedes that Mitzeee needs £5000. Mercedes is left reeling when Riley admits he still loves Mitzeee.Cast
