Synopsis

The heist goes disastrously wrong for Brendan and Walker.

Plot

The present day

Armed police storm the warehouse Brendan and Walker are in. The pair make a run for it but can't escape. Walker thinks they need to stop running as they'll be caught regardless. Brendan can't understand why the police were already present when they made it to the warehouse. Walker thinks Joel's responsible for the police presence.

10 months earlier, at Her Majesty's Prison Longmere

Walker's stripped of his own clothes, patted down and sent into Longmere. As he walks to his prison cell, he's eyed up by the inmates.

The present day

Walker offers to hand himself in, but Brendan isn't sure he can trust him. Instead, with a gun in his hand, Brendan decides they will make a move and attempt to escape the premises.

Her Majesty's Prison Longmere

Walker subtly hands drugs to a prisoner during lunch. He receives a note from a different prisoner who's sat across the room, wanting to buy from him.

The present day

Walker injures himself as he realises Brendan's heading the wrong way in the warehouse. Brendan pulls Walker up from the ground and heads off in the opposite direction that Walker's suggested they head in.

Her Majesty's Prison Longmere

In the kitchen, Walker points out the prisoner he wants to sous chef with; the prison officer disregards Walker's request and makes Brendan his sous chef instead. Walker gets to know Brendan as they cook together. Later, Walker tells Brendan about Kai, a drug dealer in the prison who he's yet to make a connection to.

The present day

Walker is caught by a police officer at the warehouse as Brendan hides out of sight.

Her Majesty's Prison Longmere

Kai recognises Brendan at Longmere and attempts to convince him to deal drugs with him, but Brendan doesn't want to as he reckons he'll be out of prison soon.

The present day

Walker shoots a police officer as Brendan watches on. The pair reunite and Walker hands Brendan the gun. They escape the warehouse and once in the clear at a café, Walker tells Brendan he'll go on the run and let Brendan off the hook. Once Brendan's disappeared, Walker gives up his pretend limping and earns himself a slap from his boss - he's an undercover police officer!

Her Majesty's Prison Longmere

Brendan is beaten up by Kai's henchmen in prison; Kai goes to stab Brendan but Walker intervenes and fights Kai.

The present day

Shawnee tells Walker he missed the bulletproof vest of the police officer he shot, and as a result that officer is now facing months of rehabilitation. Walker wants patience as he continues to try and bust Brendan, but Shawnee tells him the operation is over. Walker manages to convince her otherwise.

Her Majesty's Prison Longmere

Brendan receives the all-clear and is released from prison. He tells Walker he's in his debt now and if Walker ever needs anything when he's released, he can go to him.

The present day
Walker visits his brother, Cam, who lies helplessly in a hospital bed. Walker explains to Cam that he needs Brendan to be put away so that he can mess with the ones he loves. He cries as he reassures his little brother that he's going to give Brendan the ultimate punishment.
