Synopsis
Mercedes finds herself suspected by the police of Lynsey's murder. Jen tells Tilly that their relationship is just a little fun. Doug is shocked by the sudden arrival of his parents. Mitzeee struggles with prison life, whilst Brendan is shocked to learn why Declan has returned.Plot
Brendan wants an explanation from Declan. Mercedes makes lunch for Doctor Browning. Ste's missing Amy and the kids. Cheryl's pleased to see Declan. Leanne's inspired by Doug to throw a party. Declan admits to Brendan and Cheryl that he was selling drugs and is now in debt. Mr. Davies has a meeting with Doctor Browning and laughs off any concerns. Brendan can't ignore Ste and attempts to wind him up; Ste retaliates by commenting on Declan only visiting when he's in trouble.
Shayne figures that Mitzeee's having regrets and offers to talk to Riley when she's released. D.I. Small takes Mercedes in for questioning in light of new information. Leanne's party gets underway and Texas decides she's going to flirt with Rob. D.I. Small proves to Mercedes she discharged herself before Lynsey was murdered. Mercedes insists that she's innocent. Doug reminds Ste that he's there for him. Brendan refuses to lend Declan the money when Declan refuses to stop hanging out with his gang following the payoff.
Doctor Browning provides Mercedes with an alibi. Doug's shocked by the unannounced arrival of his parents, Connie and Herb. Mitzeee gets violent with Shayne, convinced she's after something. Shayne eyes up her friends when Mitzeee's out of sight. Texas tells Dodger that Rob's asked her out. Ste's introduced to Connie and Herb, but not as Doug's boyfriend. Jen tells Tilly that she was only ever a bit of fun. At Chez Chez, Ste goes to kiss Brendan, but Brendan stops him. Mercedes rages at Doctor Browning and makes clear he'll be sorry for what he's done.Cast
