Synopsis
Rhys is forced to face Jacqui's wrath after the events of last night. Doug decides to overcome his fear of taking things to the next step with Ste. Riley is left confused when he discovers that Mitzeee did not receive his drunken text message.Plot
Mercedes wakes to the text from Riley. Rhys wakes in a police cell. Riley returns to Mitzeee's but can't find his phone. Jacqui and Rhys argue as soon as he returns home. Mercedes is in a delightful mood and intends to glam herself up. Darren has a terrible hangover. Riley apologises to Mitzeee for upsetting her but she insists she isn't upset. He eyes up heart-shaped brownies online once Mitzeee's gone. Nancy thinks Mitzeee should go to New York for job opportunities.
Lynsey warns Walker that she's keeping a close eye on him in case he's taking advantage of Brendan. Ste reassures Doug that he's the one he loves. A conversation with Riley in the village gives Mercedes more false hope. Doug manages to get Brendan to pay his tab off at the deli. Phoebe makes Rhys and Jacqui talk. Doug and Ste sleep together and then find Brendan in the living room of the flat. He reveals to Ste that he's his new landlord. Mercedes and Mitzeee come face-to-face in the village and Mercedes subtly hints to her foe that she and Riley are going to reconcile.
Brendan punches Walker in the stomach and threatens him when he comments on Lynsey. Riley has everything set up for a date night. Ally recognises Walker in Price Slice but Walker insists he has the wrong person. Nancy learns from Darren that Riley sent Mitzeee a text telling her he loves her. Nancy tells Mitzeee and Mitzeee finds Riley. The pair declare their love for one another at the flat as they go to have sex in Mitzeee's bedroom, unaware that Mercedes is lying naked in Riley's bed and has seen them together.Cast
