Synopsis
Martha stoops to a new low when Lacey attempts to put a stop to her drunken behaviour. Brendan confronts Walker, who shows a different side of himself. Lynsey struggles with her fears that she needs to compete with Mitzeee. Carmel worries about her dream of being the face of Attwell's Health Club & Spa.Plot
Joel's delighted to hand over to Brendan Alice's card. Mercedes arranges a visit to Lynsey's for the evening and plans to bring someone along. Carmel panics when she finds out she can't wear make-up in the next round of Attwell's contest. Brendan gives Walker a job in Leeds. Lacey confronts Phoebe over the missing money but Phoebe just slams the door on her. Lynsey breaks the news to Riley that Mercedes is coming round for dinner. Jacqui questions Phoebe over a pair of trainers she's found in her bedroom. Phoebe tells Jacqui that Lacey bought her them; Jacqui makes her give them back to Lacey.
Riley finds Mitzeee surrounded by broken glass at her flat. He's convinced that the stalker has broken in and Mitzeee lets him believe that. Martha's date with Roger is cancelled so she pours herself a glass of wine. Lynsey's uncomfortable to find Riley at Mitzeee's when he told her he was going into town. She invites Mitzeee to the dinner but Mitzeee doesn't want to go when she finds out Mercedes will be there, although Riley won't take no for an answer. Once they're back at Lynsey's, Lynsey questions Riley over Mitzeee; he produces a necklace which he bought in town for her and she apologises. Mitzeee texts Lynsey that she can't make dinner. Martha downs wine like there's no tomorrow.
Mercedes takes Rob with her to Lynsey's. Lynsey and Riley tell her that the stalker paid Mitzeee another visit last night. Walker interrupts a meeting between Brendan and Ed, furious at Brendan for deliberately handing him the address to a Chinese restaurant in Leeds. Mercedes and Riley end up sniping at one another during the meal. Brendan tells Walker he doesn't know who he's messing with, while Walker tells Brendan they're not that different from each other. Riley advises Rob to run from Mercedes. Walker pins Brendan against the door when Brendan tells him they're done and kisses him. Brendan throws Walker against the wall and continues kissing him, which Joel sees. Lacey pours the rest of a drunken Martha's wine down the sink. Martha calls her daughter a bitch and slaps her.Cast
