Synopsis
Riley is stunned to learn that Silas has been deemed mentally unfit for trial. Leanne worries for Doug. The Savages are horrified to find their campervan missing. Maddie is horrified to encounter her father, whilst Carmel's love life takes a turn for the worst.Plot
Dennis, Dodger and Liberty return from their road trip. Myra reads a newspaper headline which reveals that Silas has avoided a trial. Ste struggles running the deli alone. Dodger questions Myra over the missing campervan. Mercedes is shown the newspaper headline and acts unbothered by it. Riley's furious that Silas has avoided a trial because he's been deemed "mentally unfit". Riley vents to Doug about Silas not getting a trial.
With Bart having gotten rid of the Savages belongings from the campervan before selling it, Myra asks Mercedes for her help in getting rid of it. Carmel waits at College Coffee for another date with Ed. Doug avoids Ste. Ed arrives at College Coffee to see Carmel but gets a shock when daughter Maddie spots him and storms off. An upset Carmel bails on their date. The Savages aren't sure how they're going to get a new campervan. Doug avoids Ste's phone call.
Riley asks Leanne to keep an eye on Doug for him. Myra tells the Savages she's found their belongings dumped behind the Dog, and then comforts a tearful Carmel. Maddie and Tilly sit their latest exam. Leanne senses something is up with Doug and tries to get it out of him, but he pushes her away. Dennis lets Dodger and Leanne move in with him for the time being. Leanne's questioning results in Doug telling her that he thinks he's gay. Mercedes has a nightmare about Silas.Cast
