Synopsis
Doug gets drunk on the day of the opening of the Delicatessen, and ends up spending the night with Texas. Mitzeee wonders if she can face another public appearance. Jacqui is determined that Phoebe goes to a school, whilst Ruby is ungrounded but her friends are not happy to see her.Plot
Doug and Ste open the deli. Ste receives flowers from Adam. Mitzeee's going to be making a guest appearance at Ruby Glitter tonight. Ruby's ungrounded. She has no text messages from Jono. Riley suggests to Mitzeee she cancels her appearance and attends an appointment with his doctor. Mercedes overhears. The deli's heaving. Having seen Phoebe come in with a packed bag, Rhys thinks she's stealing; Jacqui thinks he needs to cut Phoebe some slack. Jono's off with Ruby, blaming her for Neil getting into trouble.
Mitzeee's given antidepressants. She tells Riley she isn't going to Ruby Glitter but confirms her attendance to the venue for 7pm. Jacqui has a meeting with the head of year of Dee Valley Academy about Phoebe and is told that the academy is not the right place for Phoebe. Cindy asks Doug and Ste to make some posh food for Tony's birthday. Their first day at the deli has been a success. Lysney and Mercedes attend the event at Ruby Glitter. Cheryl, Doug, Riley and Texas go for drinks together. Riley thinks Doug and Texas make a good match. Jacqui and Rhys look through Phoebe's bag when she's not around and realise she's trying to teach herself.
Lynsey leaves the club early but Mercedes stays on and flirts with partygoer Jamie. When Jamie asks for her name, Mercedes claims it's Anne. Doug's put out to receive a text from Ste about how well his date with Adam is going. He kisses Texas to take his mind off things and it's seen by a drunk Cheryl. Mercedes hands Jamie Mitzeee's address and tells him to meet her there soon. Mitzeee stays on after the event for a VIP signing. Jamie's greeted to a confused Riley at Mitzeee's flat. Riley lashes out at Jamie and sends him on his way.Cast
