Synopsis
Bart and Joel's club night goes disastrously when Maddie puts a spanner in the works, Ruby has a reaction to smoking cannabis, Neil is arrested and Callum searches for Joel. Doug is increasingly distracted by his feelings for Ste.Plot
Joel and Bart set up Chez Chez for the party. News of the party spreads like a wildfire on social media. Doug and Ste continue getting the deli ready for opening. Ste tells Doug he's had eight hits on his dating profile. Bart offers the sixth formers free entry to the party if they distribute flyers promoting the event. Neil considers purchasing weed and taking it to the party. The girls agree to get ready at Sinead's. Ruby invites herself and Esther along to get ready with the girls. Doug ropes Dennis and Leanne into helping him and Ste with the deli. Doug avoids talking to Ste about his matches on his dating profile. Dennis makes comments about the dangers of online dating, not knowing that Doug's ex was murdered by Silas until Leanne tells him.
Jodie and Theresa get ready to dance professionally at the party. Doug's uncomfortable when Leanne and Dennis talk about Ste and how they like gay people. Maddie makes a comment to Sinead about her growing out of Bart when she goes to university. She ignores Ruby when Ruby asks her if she grew out of Callum. The party at Chez Chez gets underway. Callum attends it. Leanne gives Doug help in finding the right woman and uses Ste to roleplay with him. Ste checks in on Doug afterwards to ensure he's alright with him being gay as he notices Doug's a little off. Doug insists he has no problem with it. Maddie's unhappy when she catches Callum and Theresa together at the party. Bart hands her a spliff. Maddie puts the spliff in her mouth when Ruby enters the toilets and encourages Ruby to light it and smoke it, which she does.
Ruby tells Maddie she's there for her if she wants to talk about Callum. Bart's unhappy when Jono and Neil take a liking to Theresa as she dances. Maddie's nasty to Jono so Tilly intervenes and gets Maddie to talk to Callum, but she doesn't and instead is horrible to Ruby. She then tells Joel about Theresa and Callum's kiss. Ruby vomits in the toilets as Sinead comforts her. Ruby tells Sinead that she smoked the weed that Bart gave Maddie. They can't go home as Esther's told Jack and Frankie they're staying at Sinead's. Joel and Callum brawl on the dancefloor. Rhys breaks up the fight and sends the guests on their way. Sinead's angry with Bart. Rhys phones Brendan and informs Joel he's coming back tomorrow. Neil's arrested when he's caught lighting a spliff by a police officer.Cast
