Synopsis
Joel takes a big risk in an attempt to impress Brendan. Mitzeee causes friction between herself and Riley after an interview with a journalist. Maddie panics when her "three month rule" with Callum has run its course, whilst Ash leaves Barney thinking about family.Plot
The Chester Herald write an article on Mitzeee's drunken antics from yesterday. Doug and Ste get decorating their new business. Barney gets a text from Ash; she's coming home today. Callum and Maddie are all loved up. Riley lets Mercedes take Bobby swimming. Brendan warns Joel against convincing himself he's indestructible. Joel asks Brendan what the deal with Doug is about but he doesn't get a clear answer. He insists he wants to help Brendan so Brendan sets him a task. Tilly notes that Maddie's coming to the end of her "three month rule" of not sleeping with Callum. Riley helps Doug and Ste out with the decorating. Mitzeee has a meeting with a journalist.
Mercedes's plans to go swimming with Bobby and Riley so that she can seduce Riley are thwarted when Riley opts to stay and help Ste and Doug instead. Riley promises to make it up to Mercedes so she tells him they can have a meal together in the evening. Maddie convinces herself that Callum wants to sleep with her, unaware that Ash is coming home today. Mitzeee finds blue bonbons outside her door with a note attached to them. Maddie invites Callum to a film night at College Coffee later. Ash tells Barney she's not moving back into halls. Joel completes his task and wants another one, so Brendan gives him the address of Dave to collect £1,000 from. Joel's reluctant to take the task on when he sees how far he has to travel but Brendan's adamant he takes it on.
Barney packs a bag and looks up trains from Chester. Mercedes watches a film at home and then wets her and Bobby's hair. Riley's unhappy that Mitzeee has a fan who has hand-delivered bonbons to her, and that she's exaggerated the attentions of the fan to the journalist. He then learns that Bobby never went to his swimming lesson and is disgraced with both women. Joel arrives at Dave's. Having gotten a train to London, Barney shows up at Scott's house. At Dave's house, Joel learns that Brendan ripped the lad off to the tune of £2,000. Dave demands Joel tells him everything he knows about Brendan, even bringing in his own heavies to prevent Joel from leaving.Cast
