Synopsis
Tony goes head-to-head with Doug and Ste over the empty premises on Oakdale Drive. Mitzeee plans to give Riley a day to remember, but Mercedes has other plans. Joel continues in his quest to find out what Brendan is up to.Plot
Ste gets to work on the food for Riley's surprise birthday party, having been asked by Mitzeee to cater alongside Doug. Brendan texts Doug to get him to bid £80,000 on Cincerity. Lynsey invites Riley to work out with her at the gym in the evening, but he can't go because he has commitments with Mitzeee. Bart finishes the mural and Tilly decorating at Chez Chez. They're paid by Mitzeee. Tony places his bid to the estate agent. Doug goes against Brendan and only bids £65,000.
Riley tries to rearrange the surprise that Mitzeee's planned but she comments on how they already have childcare arranged for Bobby. Brendan's unhappy when Doug tells him and Ste that Tony's outbid them and got the lease. Ste turns his attention to Riley's surprise party, determined to show everyone what they're made of. Mercedes arranges for the press to show up at the party, and then finds out who's DJing. Brendan pays a visit to the estate agent and threatens him into calling Tony to tell him he won't be owning Cincerity after all. Joel tries rubbing Ste up the wrong way at the party. Mercedes deliberately delays Riley to his party. Ste gets a visit from the estate agent.
At his party, Riley texts Lynsey, asking her to rescue him. Mitzeee gets drunk on cocktails and rowdy with Mercedes. Joel finds a letter addressed to Brendan and reads it. It's confirmation of £80,000 which he sent to Doug. Mitzeee gets physical with Mercedes and is ordered to leave the party by Riley. A delighted Mercedes walks Mitzeee home. Lynsey shows up at Riley's party to spend time with him. The press get photos of a drunken Mitzeee stumbling home. Ste walks Doug into Cincerity and announces the venue is theirs. They toast with rosé champagne, which Doug knows is from Brendan and is uneasy by. Brendan finds Declan's socks in the fridge and realises what Joel's done.Cast
