Synopsis
The sixth formers desperately wait for news on George. Annalise struggles to ignore Scott's harsh words and ends things with Rob. Leanne's trial shift at Chez Chez is a disaster.Plot
A police officer arrives to take details from the sixth formers about George. Annalise buys a cake for Rob after burning the one she attempted to bake earlier. Ruby shows up to express support for George's friends. Brendan shows Leanne the ropes at Chez Chez. He's unimpressed when Leanne breaks a bottle of vodka. Rob returns with flowers for Annalise. He was out on the benches for the match as his leg hadn't healed well enough, unlike Will, who made the team. Leanne drops a second bottle of vodka.
Tension rises between Callum and Maddie as they wait for news on George. Annalise questions Rob on why he bought her flowers and then avoids a kiss from him. She asks him if there's ever been anyone else. Callum phones Ash, who reassures her brother that everything will be alright. Joel's rebuffed by Ash when he suggests they spend time together after work. Jono joins the sixth formers at Callum's, where he and Ruby make up. Annalise breaks up with Rob. Martha sends the sixth formers home when it gets to 10pm and they've still heard nothing from George.
Sinead worries that George may be hurt and his phone dead, but Maddie's certain he's alright. Rob leaves Annalise alone. She struggles to hold back her tears. Will thinks Ash should get with Joel so they can get free drinks. Leanne breaks her third bottle and is sacked. An upset and desperate Maddie phones George and leaves a voicemail. Brendan lets Ash off her shift early. Rob arrives at Chez Chez and breaks the news to Scott that he and Annalise have split up.Cast
