Synopsis
An accident lands Kathleen-Angel in hospital. Mercedes tells Jacqui she can't be fixed. Tony fires Doug from College Coffee when he goes behind his back. Lacey shows up at the Kanes new house unexpectedly.Plot
Theresa won't let Mercedes help her. The Kanes continue unpacking at their new home. Things are awkward between Doug and Ste. Callum reassures George that Ash will keep his secret. Mercedes asks Dirk if he can obtain a pram for Theresa. Ally tells Michaela he's not ready for a relationship. Lacey lets herself into the Kanes new home and comes across George. Doug suggests to Tony they open up College Coffee for longer in the evenings but Tony's firmly against the idea. Michaela bickers with Amy over Ally, right in front of him.
Lacey doesn't warm to George. She reveals to Ash that their father's washed his hands with her. Lacey tells George he won't be around for long. Mercedes surprises Theresa with the new pram. Mercedes wants to put Kathleen-Angel in it immediately but her carelessness results in a hot cup of tea spilling onto Kathleen-Angel. Ash and Lacey question Callum on how long George will be around. Callum tells Ash they need to be on George's side. Jacqui encourages Mercedes to turn her life around. The Kanes and George sit around the table for a meal together. Once Tony's left College Coffee, Ste encourages Doug to keep the venue open until late, as well as let him help out. Ste admits to Doug he made a mistake and this is his way of saying sorry.
George accidentally smashes Martha's mug which Callum made for her when he was younger when Ash goes to pipe up about his situation. Tony returns to College Coffee after receiving noise complaints. He's unimpressed to find the venue filled with customers and fires Doug. George leaves Callum a note and sneaks out of the Kanes house in the night. A tearful Mercedes tells Jacqui she's broken and won't change. Ash chases George down; she tells him she won't shop him and lets him move into her room. Mercedes goes through her and Riley's wedding album, tearing the pages out of it.Cast
