Synopsis
Sasha goes to the police after learning that another woman has been attacked in the village. Malachy is furious to be repeatedly upstaged by Calvin. Jake is oblivious to Caroline's plan to keep him with her and her son, and away from his family. Carmel is furious when she finds that Calvin has lied to her.Plot
Sasha reads about another attack in the village. She takes her anger out on Calvin. A woman, Caroline, kisses Jake on the cheek and cooks him breakfast. He plays football with her son Johnny. Mercedes and Malachy are cold towards Calvin. Cindy and Loretta argue over Jake. Caroline comforts Jake. Loretta is furious when nobody helps her find Jake. Michaela worries about Sasha.
The other Leigh Road residents plan to sell to the council. Malachy gets wound up when Mercedes and Carmel talk about Calvin. Johnny's father takes him for the day. Jake has a flashback when Caroline calls him "Jakey". Malachy and Mercedes decide to raise money for a solicitor by challenging students to a game of pool. Sasha is furious when Calvin cancels their plans. He realises that she's wound up by the newspaper article about the attack. Mercedes and Malachy's con goes brilliantly.
Jake remembers finding hospital guard Mark at the bottom of a flight of stairs after arguing over a necklace. Caroline reveals that Mark was paralysed. Jake can't find his phone. Sasha recalls the attack to Calvin. Calvin arranges for her to speak to a detective. Outside of the police station, Carmel witnesses Calvin reject her call. Later, she's furious when he lies to her. Mercedes learns that Calvin has found a solicitor who will work as a favour, and decides to pocket the pool money. Caroline clears Jake's contact before putting his phone in a locked cupboard.Cast
