- This episode was met with controversy as on 5th October 2009, the bodies of two teenage girls were discovered in a river in Scotland after they had jumped from a bridge. Despite protest from the care home of which the girls had been housed in, Channel 4 made clear that the similarities were coincidental and continued with the transmission, placing a disclaimer after the end credits of the episode.
