Synopsis
After Calvin refuses to pay Malachy, and Spencer refuses to hire Mercedes, Mercedes decides to sue Spencer for Malachy's on-site injury. Bel and Gov are shocked when both Leila and Ravi also decide to stay behind. Jack and Frankie continue their search for Newt, leaving Tom feeling neglected.Plot
Spencer plans a re-opening of The Loft on Friday. Tom is annoyed when nobody can take him to the park. Leila gets excited over moving out. Spencer struggles with preparations for the re-opening. Ravi overhears Bel planning to care for him when they move. Mercedes asks for a job at MOBS but Jack refuses. Malachy is furious when Calvin can't pay him. Ravi decides not to go to Middlesbrough. Spencer refuses to hire Mercedes as Warren advised him to steer clear of the McQueens.
Leila contemplates moving in with Ravi, which Anita overhears. Mercedes wants to sue Spencer and Calvin. Bel and Gov reluctantly let their kids stay behind. Spencer asks Calvin and Sasha to help at The Loft. Mercedes storms over and reveals her plans to sue them. They insult her but are left dumbfounded when Malachy corroborates her claims sincerely.Cast
