Synopsis
An exhausted Ste shakes a crying Lucas and Daniel persuades him to give him Lucas. A sympathetic Hannah organises Darren a surprise birthday party, which Steph uses to try reunite him with Jack. Josh discovers he hasn't got into university in London.Plot
Neville gets excited over Josh's impending move to London for University. Daniel escalates the plan to take Lucas from Ste. Steph has Fernando get Sarah to cover his shifts so she can spend the day with him. Ste calls Amy to ask her to return home. Hannah is shocked when Neville makes Darren to work on his birthday, and gives Darren the day off. She's surprised when he doesn't want to spend it with the Osbornes. Abi wants to run away with Ste. Rhys teasingly suggests that Josh has failed his exams. Darren awkwardly reminds Steph that his birthday is tomorrow.
Daniel walks in on Ste screaming at and shaking Lucas. He takes Lucas and punches Ste, telling him that Lucas isn't safe with him. Steph gets upset when she falls onto a pile of grass clippings and abandons him. Hannah is furious as Rhys winds up Darren. Ste and Daniel fight. Hannah convinces Neville to help her arrange a surprise party for Darren. Fernando surprises Steph with a picnic outside her front door. Josh tells Michaela that he slept with Sasha in Manchester. Abi panics when she learns that Daniel has Lucas alone. Daniel hurls abuse at her before physically throwing her out.Cast
