Synopsis

The Ashworth family continue to struggle with Rhys. Carmel discovers Sasha's drug usage. Louise and Warren argue over Sean's upcoming funeral, and Steph continues to feel down about the wedding disagreement.

Plot

Rhys returns home from the hospital. Louise tells Niall that Sean's mother wants her to go the funeral. Neville is told that Beth's belongings are ready for collection. Rhys decides to get them. Steph and Max argue about when to have the wedding. Leo gives Sasha his last £20 for her "school trip". Hannah comforts a self-blaming Gilly. Sasha receives a D on her business studies paper. She gives Fletch the £20 to buy them heroin.

Hannah refuses to go back to the clinic. Niall awkwardly comforts Steph over her wedding troubles. Gilly makes clear how betrayed he feels. Louise and Warren argue over Louise's intention to go to Sean's funeral. Steph is delighted when Max makes her a surprise wedding cake.

Louise tells Warren that she's going to the funeral. Carmel is suspicious when Sasha returns home in a state. She finds heroin in Sasha's pocket. Rhys decides to visit Mary Clements in Runcorn. Sasha tells Carmel that she feels alone. She begs Carmel to keep her secret.
