Synopsis
The Ashworths receive shocking news about Rhys and Beth. Carmel and Calvin plan their engagement party. Steph is fed up with everyday life at MOBS and dares Max to liven things up a bit.Plot
Gilly is in a bad mood, but Neville tries to return to normality. Hannah finds Suzanne crying in the bathroom. Josh wishes Rhys and Beth dead. Neville bans talk over Rhys and Beth as Hannah needs them. Carmel is thrilled when Calvin wants her to plan their engagement party. Sasha tries to emotionally blackmail Leo into giving her more money. Danny visits Hannah to apologise for yesterday, but she tells him what's happened. Steph is amused when she convinces Max to play around with the MOBS customers.
Carmel tells Myra about the engagement party. Myra is excited until learning Val will be there. Hannah suddenly turns on Danny when he tries to talk, and demands he leaves her alone. The Ashworths are informed by the police that Rhys has been involved in an accident. The police don't know anything about Beth. Carmel is devastated that Myra doesn't want to go to the engagement party, so Calvin decides to take her into town later to cheer her up. Tom gets his head stuck in a fence.
Calvin tries to get Myra to go to the party. The doctor informs the Ashworths that Rhys escaped with only mild injuries. However, he tells Gilly that Beth was dead on arrival. Hannah tells Danny about her relapse. He is supportive and they head upstairs. Niall uses hair gel to get Tom's head unstuck. Calvin refuses to give Sasha money. Gilly breaks the news to a now-conscious Rhys that Beth has died.Cast
