Synopsis[]
Warren's plan to fool Clare goes wrong, which results in Justin being knocked down, and a car chase. As Clare's car goes over the edge of water-filled quarry, Justin and Warren manage to rescue Katy, but Max is unable to save Clare. Rhys manages to cheer up Sarah, but is disappointed when she gently lets him down after he admits his feelings for her.
Plot[]
Katy wakes up in the shipping container, just as Clare arrives. Max and Warren have Justin laying in the back of the car. Clare tells Katy that Justin tried to kill her. Craig invites John Paul to the park. Max points out that they wouldn't get through security to the docks, so Warren speeds through the entrance, narrowly avoiding a collision with a truck. Sarah drinks heavily in The Dog in the Pond, and Rhys tries to get her to tell him what's wrong. Darren enjoys winding up Craig and John Paul, and Sarah explodes at them when she learns that Craig is taking John Paul to Dublin. She takes off her engagement ring and puts it on John Paul's finger before storming off. Rhys runs after her, but Craig follows and gives her back the ring. Sarah is willing to give Craig a second chance but he wants John Paul. Sarah bursts into tears and Rhys comforts her.
Katy tries to escape but Clare catches her. Clare takes the tape off her legs and takes Katy out of the container. Rhys tries to comfort Sarah, he subtly hints that he still has feelings for her but she does not get the hint. Rhys subtly flirts with her and she plays along, inviting him to walk her home. Clare forces Katy into the car and speeds off. Max and Warren arrive at the docks. Rhys tries to get Sarah to see what Craig is going through but she is unimpressed. Rhys asks if there would be a reconciliation for her and “Craig”, and takes her words to mean that she wouldn't want to reconcile with him.
Clare arrives at the docks. She demands that they get Justin out of the car, which they do. She tells them to kick Justin, but doesn't believe that he is dead when Warren does so instead telling Max to kick Justin. Clare realises Justin is alive and runs to the car as the trio sprint towards Clare. Justin stands in the way of Clare's car and is struck. Warren and Max help Justin to the car. Sarah thanks Rhys for flirting with him, it has helped her confidence. Rhys admits that he still has feelings for her. Sarah lets him down gently, she wants to remain friends.
Clare speeds off with Katy, and Warren dangerously tries to pass Clare. They all narrowly avoid colliding with a truck. Craig makes plans for the future with John Paul. Craig says that John Paul wasn't apart of his “Hollywood ending”. John Paul says that if it was the “Hollywood ending”, Sarah would be begging for Craig back, and he would reject her for John Paul. Clare speeds through the docks with Warren closely in pursuit. Katy manages to untie herself. They leave the docks and end up in a forest. Katy takes off her seatbelt. Clare almost runs over some bikers and swerves, driving over the edge into a water filled quarry. Warren dives into the water after Katy, with Justin following. Warren and Justin search for Katy, eventually finding her. They drag Katy to the surface. Clare struggles in the water. Max has a change of heart and dives in after her. He tries to grab Clare but she sinks towards the bottom. Max can only watch as Clare sinks out of sight.
