Synopsis
Warren's trial begins and Clare is first to be called as witness for the prosecution. Calvin also gives his evidence, but is unsure whether he has said enough to send Warren down. Michaela returns from holiday, expecting a warm welcome, but Amy is livid about her printing an article in the magazine about her family. Steph feels guilty for Max putting his back out and, after a secret offer of cash from O.B., insists on nursing him back to health. She agrees to pick Tom up from kids' club, but when she takes her eye off him he hurts himself. Tom is smitten as Steph tends to his injuries.Plot
Michaela returns home to find Carmel rushing to get ready for court. Clare exaggerates her injuries as she testifies. O.B. leaves Max in Steph’s care. Clare testifies that she saw Warren running at her. Amy encounters Michaela at the park. Steph doesn’t help with Max’s injured back. The defence barrister picks apart Clare’s story by talking about her affair with Warren. Amy attacks Michaela when she expresses no remorse. The defence barrister exposes Clare as an unreliable witness as she couldn’t have seen who pushed her.
Sasha ends up in between Amy and Michaela’s war. Carmel is questioned about Mercedes’s infidelity at the stand. Sasha manages to reconcile Amy and Michaela. Calvin testifies against Warren in court, claiming that he saw Warren heading into The Loft. Tom injures himself playing on the steps on Oakdale Drive. He’s left smitten when Steph helps clean him up. Clare taunts Katy. Katy threatens her. Louise erupts at Calvin for lying about Warren. He’s confident that Warren is going to prison.Cast
