Synopsis
The McQueens all seem to be keeping secrets from Myra; John Paul doesn't want to talk about his 'mystery boyfriend', Spike; Jacqui's secretly texting Tony; and Carmel is still carrying on with Aleksander. However, when John Paul discovers Carmel and Aleksander getting jiggy, at least one family secret is let out of the bag. Meanwhile, Mike is in hospital, seriously ill. Amy, Sarah and Kathy keep a vigil by his bedside and wonder who would do such a thing.Plot
Mike is unconscious in intensive care. Myra McQueen is frustrated when John Paul refuses to divulge details about his love life. Chester One wants to publicise the rocket launch but Elliot isn’t keen. John Paul finds Aleksander and Carmel kissing. Carmel tells him about Jacqui and Tony and realises John Paul knew about the arranged marriage. Gilly reads about a drummer audition at the SU Bar and tells Rhys.
The doctors warn Kathy that Mike may be paralysed. Rhys gets a slap from the band’s lead singer for ghosting her after a one-night-stand. Josh is horrified when Amy updates him about Mike’s condition. Darren accidentally damages the rocket. Myra gets the wrong idea and thinks that John Paul is having an affair with Alek. She later confronts Alek and Carmel is forced to admit her affair. Josh admits to Gilly that he put Mike in hospital. Myra is horrified to find out that Jacqui is having an affair with Tony.Cast
