Synopsis
Becca fears for her future after being released on bail. Justin tries to get Calvin on his side. Max is furious when Clare leaves Tom alone. Russ is furious when Mercedes gives Jacqui their savings, whilst Foz teaches his first lecture.Plot
Becca struggles to decide what to wear to court. Justin looks at his tattoo of Becca. Carmel is nervous around Mercedes and a furious Jacqui. Foz is nervous about his first day. Nancy admits that she is worried that Foz might find someone more attractive. Calvin wants Justin to go, but Sonny can't kick him out. Jacqui is suspicious of Mercedes. Tom finds a container of follic acid, Clare says that she has been taking them to make her more fertile. Nancy explodes at Justin. Russ begins planning to save for their own place. Foz introduces himself to Zoe. Max books another holiday for himself and Clare.Foz bores the students, but he changes his tune, impressing the students when he takes off his shirt to show off his tattoos. Jacqui acts on her suspicions of Mercedes. Calvin reminds Justin that if Becca is found guilty, then her life is over. Tom has fallen asleep so Clare leaves him on his own. Justin tries to get Calvin on side. He lies that Becca tried to kill herself after being rejected by Jake and Justin. Clare is concerned about Becca. She takes Becca home. Nancy finds Foz talking to Zoe. Nancy is upset over Becca's court appearance. Sonny calls Becca a psycho. Max is angry to find that Tom has been left home alone.
Becca worries about being found guilty. She doesn't want to have the baby in prison, but doesn't want to foster or have the baby adopted. Russ has seen a flat and tells Mercedes. He is furious to learn that Mercedes has given Jacqui their £410 savings. Max confronts Clare. He reminds Clare of the house fire and Tom going missing. Becca remembers being called a threat by the judge. Nancy wants Becca to talk to Justin. Max makes his anger towards Clare very clear.
