Synopsis

Becca is distraught when D.C. Mullins believes Justin over her, and she is charged. Jacqui and Mercedes worry when Carmel is visited by Davey. Amy enjoys joyriding with Ste, whilst Mike decides to give Kathy a second chance.

Plot

Becca has had a sleepless night in the cell. Nancy paces around the room. Amy is distant. Becca is adamant on not seeing a solicitor, against D.C. Mullins's advice. Michaela is angry about being left out, but changes her tune when Amy reveals that Kathy is leaving. Nancy tells Jake of Becca's arrest. Nancy convinces Jake to come to the police station with her. Josh gossips about Becca. Ste has stolen a car and Amy, Michaela, Josh and Fletch get in. Nancy wants to see Becca, but D.C. Mullins refuses. D.C. Mullins interviews Becca. Becca says that they met when Justin was 14, and had sex on Christmas Day 2005 when Justin was 16.

Justin lies that the first time Becca and Justin had sex was in July 2005, meaning he was one month away from being sixteen.

Normal time
Carmel answers the door to an angry Davey. He says that Jacqui owes him £4,000, and needs to pay by Tuesday. Ste says that his brother tells him that his brother is a car-enthusiast. Ste starts driving erratically, and Fletch hears police sirens. D.C. Mullins accuses Becca of grooming Justin. She says that Justin took her interest the wrong way. She tries to convince D.C. Mullins that Justin is lying.

24 hours earlier
Justin says that, when he first met Becca, Ali teased him over Becca, saying that she fancied him. He lies and exaggerates things to portray Becca as a predator, such as exaggerating Becca's help with his schoolwork, and when she visited him in prison. He lies that Becca manipulated him into not leaving her.

Normal time
Ste hurries to dump the car. Carmel tells Jacqui and Mercedes about Davey's visit. Mike is infuriated by Amy's behaviour. Mike is willing to give Kathy another chance. D.C. Mullins questions Becca over Justin's version of events. She asks about the ring, she remembers that Justin bought it with her credit card.

24 hours earlier
Justin lies that Becca proposed to him. He lies that Becca lied that she was on the pill, and was trapping her into marriage.

Normal time

D.C. Mullins confronts Becca over Justin's version of events. Becca accidentally and unintentionally says that she manipulated Justin. D.C. Mullins ends the interview. Mercedes thinks that she and Jacqui have been set up. Carmel admits that she took the money, and spent it on her boobs. Jacqui and Mercedes are furious and Jacqui explodes at her. Justin goes into the flat. Mike makes plans to sell the house. He says that if Kathy wants to try again, they're going to have to make changes with their lifestyle. Justin is caught by Nancy and Foz. They have a blazing row. Becca is charged, despite her protests of her innocence.
