Synopsis
Becca tries to avoid Justin, but he's planning a romantic meal for them. Nancy is shocked to learn Becca has agreed to Justin's proposal and calls in her mum in a last-ditch attempt to save her sister. Tony misses Mandy and cannot see a way of ever getting over her. He talks things through with Jacqui who understands completely, becoming the mate that he needs.Plot
Becca gets out of bed before Justin. Tony wakes up alone. Becca gets upset, watching Justin sleep. Tom is still ill and Max needs to take the day off work to look after him. Becca tries to avoid Justin, not wanting him to touch her. Nancy is shocked when Justin offers to cook breakfast for her. Nancy and Foz argue. She takes her anger out on Justin. Nancy is horrified to learn that Justin and Becca are engaged. Jacqui wants to talk to Tony. Zak shows Will and Zoe a dress he has bought - for Will! Tony tells Jacqui about Grace. Tony is surprised to see how Jacqui feels about him. She suggests that he goes on holiday.Zak and Will show off their new dresses, Will is not nearly as confident as Zak. Warren flirts with an unamused Clare. Foz puts things right with Nancy. Justin finds Becca in Il Gnosh, he wants to celebrate their engagement by taking her out for a meal. He instead decides to cook, to which she agrees. Kris and Zoe have a heart-to-heart about being judged by people. Tony is going on a holiday. Dom says goodbye as Tony gets into a taxi and heads to the airport. Nancy confronts Becca over Justin's proposal. Clare is surprised when Max arrives. Will is still uncomfortable, but Zak tells him that he can't get changed. Warren is signalled by a bouncer.
Justin hides a ring in chocolate mousse. She almost eats the ring and takes it out of her mouth. She is nervous when Justin says that it's an engagement ring. A man bumps into Will. Becca and Justin argue over getting married. Max is impressed by Clare's event night. Will is furious when the man bumps into him again and grabs him. The man punches Will, and also attacks Kris. Will punches the man, who falls back, knocking over Clare. A struggle ensues and Warren restrains Will. The students are thrown out and Max bars them. An upset Becca shows Nancy the ring. Nancy has decided that she needs to get Margaret involved. Max has decided that he wants to sell The Loft.
