Rory tries to help out Liz by denying witnessing the crimes accused and refusing to press charges, but Liz is arrested regardless. When Sophie steps in, Inspector Blake refuses to believe that she is not Mel and she is taken away too. Joe puts a drunken Mel in a taxi. Tony is in shock at the news that he is being closed down.
