Doctor Walker was the doctor whom Liberty Savage went to see regarding progressing her serving as a surrogate for her half-sister, Sienna Blake, and Sienna's boyfriend, Brody Hudson. Doctor Walker informed Liberty that the surrogacy was unable to go ahead, and that they had sent a letter to Sienna asking her to come into the hospital, initially refusing to tell Liberty the reason. Liberty convinced Doctor Walker to inform her of the reason, and Doctor Walker revealed that Sienna's embryo was no longer viable.
Doctor Walker checked over Liberty in January 2020 when she collapsed. Doctor Walker revealed to Sienna and Brody that Liberty had collapsed due to low blood sugar, which Liberty admitted she hadn't been eating properly due to morning sickness - but otherwise, she and the baby were fine.
