Dee Valley Law is a law firm located on Oakdale Drive, initially run by James Nightingale (formerly with partners Verity Hutchinson and Sami Maalik). The business was founded in 2020 by Verity, Sami and James Nightingale, with Verity purchasing Donovan's Salon to run the business out of the building. Shortly afterwards, Maxine Minniver was hired as a receptionist for the firm. In early 2021, Ste Hay was hired as a cleaner for the firm, and a few months later, Celeste Faroe was taken on as a trainee lawyer/clerk.
In November 2021, the firm prepared to carry out a merger with Brimecroft and Dalmarple. However, Clarke Brimecroft threatened to pull out of the merger upon learning that James was behind the attack on his son, unless James was no longer a partner. Sami and Verity ultimately decided to let James go. Sami left the firm after accepting a new job offer in London in December 2021, and Celeste was killed in the Salon de Thé de Marnie Explosion, so Verity decided to allow James to return until he became involved with Norma Crow and disappeared. James later returned to the village and Verity gave James another chance in September 2022.
In December 2022, Verity was killed by Bobby Costello in the firm, who struck her with a book before crushing her under a bookshelf. Now the firm's only solicitor, James hired paralegal Lacey Lloyd in January 2023.
In October 2023, Lacey left the firm after accepting a job as a trainee solicitor in Norwich after being recommended by James.
In September 2024, James was killed in a car explosion caused by Dave Williams.
In Episode 6473 (14th October 2024), we learned that Maxine's new superior at Dee Valley Law is called Mr. Mickleborough.
