An unnamed court clerk was present during Pete Buchanan's trial for the sexual abuse of Cleo McQueen in June 2016. After the trial, the court clerk asked the jury foreman for the verdict, which was guilty. The court clerk was also present during Ste Hay's trial for the murder of Amy Barnes, for which the jury foreman revealed that the jury verdict was not guilty.
