Colin Baker is an English actor who played the judge who presided over Kurt Benson's trial in June 1997, and Mark Gibbs's trial in October 2000.
Well known for his role in Doctor Who as the Sixth Doctor, Baker has also appeared in Villains, Harriet's Back in Town, The Brothers, Blake's 7, Juliet Bravo, Brookside, The Bill, Casualty, Dangerfield, Doctors and Star Trek Continues.
