Colin is the ex-boyfriend of Kyle Kelly. Colin arrived for Kyle's birthday in April 2019 after his girlfriend Nancy Osborne invited everyone on his contacts list. Colin took delight in taunting Kyle, threatening to tear him and Nancy apart. Colin subsequently blackmailed Kyle and Kyle paid the blackmail through stolen goods, with Darren Osborne witnessing their hug. Colin did not appreciate receiving stolen goods, instead demanding cash from Kyle. Nancy later learned of the blackmail and Colin left after seeing that it had destroyed their relationship.
