Coleen is a midwife who assisted Leela Dexter during the still birth of Noah Dexter in May 2024.
After Leela Dexter couldn't feel her baby move after a couple of hours, she called the hospital for a check up. Coleen performed a CTG but she wasn't sure if she could hear the unborn baby's heart beat so called in Dr. Tamworth for a second opinion. Coleen assisted Dr. Tamworth during an ultrasound where she informs Leela that her baby has died. Dr. Tamworth tells Leela that they need to induce the labour and asks Coleen to assist her. Coleen confirms that the baby's heart was no longer beating.
Coleen helps Leela call her husband, her daughter and her brother but they all go to voicemail. Coleen calls Cleo McQueen who then tells Joel that Leela is in hospital. Coleen consoles Leela telling her that what happened is truly awful and unfair and that she is here for her. Coleen informs Joel that the scan showed that there was no heartbeat and that they don't know why. Coleen gives the couple some helpful leaflets and books for them to read when they are ready and gives Leela a tablet to take to induce the labour and to come back when the contractions start.
Coleen helps Leela give birth to her stillborn son and gives him to Leela to hold. Coleen weighs the baby and asks the couple if they've thought of a name. They decide on Noah.
In November 2025, Coleen assisted Leela Dexter with the birth of her daughter.
