Christine is the sister of Sandy Roscoe. After visiting Sandy in South Africa, Christine arrived in the village to visit Sandy's son Freddie Roscoe, accompanied by Freddie's biological daughter Lexi. Christine informed Freddie that Sandy could not cope with looking after both Lexi and her cousin/half-brother JJ, before leaving Lexi with him.
