Beth MacDonald has played three roles in Hollyoaks:
- Jambo Bolton's half-sister Emily Bolton sporadically between April 1996 and September 1997.
- Kirsty, a student in Becca Hayton's English class in September 2003.
- Paula Fitzpatrick, a friend of Justin Burton from November 2004 to March 2005.
MacDonald has also appeared in The Courtroom, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps and Coronation Street.
