Archibald "Archie" Carpenter is the younger brother of Zoe Carpenter. He arrived in Hollyoaks in November 2008 to study at HCC and the youngest child of Christine and Graham Carpenter.
During his time on the show Archie's storylines include him having strong feelings for Zoe's ex-girlfriend, Sarah Barnes until she tragically died in October 2009. Having found £100,000 of money in the 'deceased' gangster, Warren Fox; this prompts Archie along with the other students to fall for a scam by Ged Paxton a conman/gangster who said Warren owned him the money however by May 2010 Archie had burnt his bridges with all his friends this then prompts him to leave Hollyoaks for good.
