Annika Smith was a journalist for a digital radio show, who arrived at Daz Cabs to speak to Darren Osborne in January 2015. Darren, finding Annika very attractive, attempted to flirt with her which she attempted to ignore. Annika told Darren about Tony Hutchinson's high praise for the business. Tom Cunningham used the opportunity in an attempt to reunite Darren and Tony.
